Highlights

  • Preliminary total result of $190.3 million from three auctions – an increase compared to $183.8 million from four auctions in 2024.
  • Average price and sell-through rate have slightly improved compared to the previous year.
  • Established market segments recovered after relatively weak Monterey auctions in 2024.

Trends

  • While high-value cars in the seven- and eight-figure range were primarily sold privately in recent months, the 83% sell-through rate for vehicles over $1 million at the Florida spring auctions could bring more of them back to auction houses. In Monterey last year, the sell-through rate for vehicles over $1 million was only 55%.
  • The market for Ferraris from the Enzo era rebounded. After a low sell-through rate of 53% in Monterey, it increased to 64% at the Florida spring auctions.
  • Porsche and Florida once again proved to be a successful duo. However, fewer high-priced Porsches were offered this year compared to the previous year, leading to a decline in total revenue and average price. Porsche’s total sales dropped from $34 million (2024) to $25.8 million (2025), while the average price fell from $644,000 to $423,000—despite the number of cars offered decreasing only slightly from 66 to 65 and the sell-through rate rising from 80% to 94%.
